CIMET at EUVIP2010, Paris, France

Several members of the CIMET staff and students attended EUVIP2010, the second European Workshop on Visual Information Processing. This workshop was held July 5-7th in Paris, France.

Alain Trémeau from Saint-Etienne presented as Invited Speaker a paper on “Color tuned salient detection for image quality assessment”.

Several students of CIMET cohort 2008-2010 (Guanqun Cao, ABM Tariqul Islam, Rizwan Khan, Seyed Ali Amirshahi) and students of CIMET cohort 2009-2011 (Sezer Karaoglu, Fernando Basura, Sajib Kumar Sahal) attended this workshop and presented either posters or oral communications.
