PhD positions for CIMET students at Saint-Etienne (Laboratoire Hubert Curien), France
We are very happy to announce that four CIMET students of cohort 2008-2010 will receive a 3-years PhD scholarship from October 2011, funded by : the French Ministry of Education and Research, the Région Rhône-Alpes (Cluster Isle, Project LIMA) or by Technicolor.
- Rizwan Rhan has been selected for a PhD on “Analysis of Facial Emotion in Videos” co-supervised by Hubert Konik and another colleague from the University of Lyon.
- Hasan Sheikh Faridul has been selected for a PhD on “Analysis of 3D color matches for the creation and consumption of video content” supervised by Alain Trémeau.
- Mozdeh Seifi has been selected for a PhD on “An approach of Numerical Holography based on Inverse Problems” co-supervised by Corinne Fournier and another colleague from the Laboratoire Hubert Curien.
- Rahat Khan has been selected for a PhD on “Classification of Objects in Color Image databases based on a structured representation of Visual Content” co-supervised by Damien Muselet and another colleague from the Laboratoire Hubert Curien.
